Last week, the kids and I went to the pool at the Etoile du Sud. It was eerie for me and had they not been there I would have left. A lot of things have happened here this year but the thing I am most happy about is the fact that the kids have really learned how to swim. Chris can swim on his own without the life jacket, Israel is right behind him, and Anna now loves the water and is beginning to really swim. When we first went to the pool she didn't do much and was scared of the water especially getting her head under. Now, she can't get enough and runs and jumps into the water and lets me throw her high in the air into the water. She tells me the size of the throw she wants ranging from plus petite, petite, moins grand, grand, to plus grand. She whispers her request to me so her brothers don't know and she always laughs when we do the plus petite which is nothing. She is light as a feather so I can launch her on the plus grand. Good times.
